Doctoral thesis (Dr. phil., University of Leipzig)
The thesis "Sulphur Isotope Analysis of Archaeological Tissues: A new method for reconstructing past human and animal diet and mobility" was prepared at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology. It was finished in August 2009.
M.A. thesis
Reconstruction of dietary patterns in an early modern population from a cemetery occupied for a nine month period during the 30 year war (1618-1648) in Hanau. The thesis was prepared in the Anthropological Institute at the Johannes-Gutenberg University Mainz (Germany) in cooperation with the University of Bradford (U.K.) and the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology. It was finished in April 2006.
