2004 - 2008 Michael Lachmann's Theoretical Biology Group, Dept. of Evolutionary Genetics, MPI-EVA, Leipzig, Germany. Simulation and modelling of evolution of peridiocal cicada life cycles. Analysis of age-related gene expression changes using microarray data. Analysis of genome-wide human polymorphism data. Analysis of diet-related gene expression differences between humans and chimpanzees.
