- The relative frequencies of nouns, pronouns, and verbs

This project investigates the relative frequencies of core parts of
speech, such as nouns, verbs, and pronouns, in spoken language corpora
of seven languages that represent a wide range of areal and typological
diversity.
- Relative clause extraposition in German
In my dissertation project at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, I investigate
relative clause extraposition in German on the basis of an annotated corpus of German relative clauses and additional syntactic experiments.
- Audiovisuelles Data Mining am Beispiel der Ereignissegmentierung
in multimodalen Sprachdaten (AUVIS)
I also work in the AUVIS project at the University of Cologne,
which aims to develop audio and video data mining
for multimodal language corpora.
