Education

  • 2009 – current: Ph. D. student at the Leipzig University in collaboration with the German Primate Centre in Göttingen, and the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig (MPI – EVA).
  • 2006 – 2007: Master Thesis: Loud calls in male Sulawesi crested black macaques (Macaca nigra): Differences in acoustic structure and responses of group mates at the German Primate Centre, Göttingen and Leipzig University (Supervisors: Julia Fischer & Klaus Schildberger)
  • 2002 – 2007: Study of Biology (Zoology, Behavioral Biology, Neurobiology, & Psychology) at Leipzig University
