PhD student in the department of Primatology, Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology, Leipzig, Germany.

Dissertation title: "Feeding ecology of mountain gorillas: impact of dominance rank, food resources and seasonality". Supervisor: Dr. Martha Robbins & Prof Christophe Boesch.

Coordinator & team leader of the 2011 Bwindi mountain gorilla census

Transboundary effort to ensure an accurate population estimate.
