Administrative Responsibilities

Candy Felber has been working as the assistant to Prof. Hublin since 2015.

Main tasks:

to prepare and organize business trips and travel expense accounting for the director
to plan, follow up and coordinate daily work (administrative tasks, handling of contacts, mails, etc.) to support the director and staff within the department
to arrange internal and external meetings, including the coordination of appointments, room bookings, equipment and ensure relevant documents are available in advance of meetings
to prepare invoices letters and other documents
to provide support to visiting short-term guests and scientists
to book travel and produce comprehensive travel itineraries for short-term guests and visitors
project expense accounting for various excavation projects worldwide
to update internal databases
to provide general administrative support
