Scientific Interests
- Multi-chronometric dating of archaeological sites (TL, OSL, ESR), with an emphasis on luminescence methods in the palaeolithic period, while incorporating palaeoclimate data.
- Development of dating methods and fundamental research in the luminescence of flint.
- Chronometric dating of archaeological transitions, especially from the Middle to the Upper Palaeolithic.
- Palaeoclimatology and human evolution.
- Calibration of glacial 14C data.
- Additional archaeometric interests in the sourcing of raw material
