Since 2018 Sabrina Walter works as the coordinator of the International Max Planck Research School "The Leipzig School of Human Origins" at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology. From May 2017 to December 2017, she was Personal Scientific Assistant to Prof. Dr. Tania Singer in the Department for Social Neuroscience at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences, Leipzig. From 2014 to 2017, Sabrina Walter worked as the Project Manager of the digitization agenda, the "Pinkassim-Project", at the Leibniz Institute for Jewish History and Culture – Simon Dubnow. At home in both the humanities and the sciences, she obtained her PhD in Psychology in 2014 (with a neuroscientific study on human visuo-spatial attention) and her M.A. in Italian Studies, Linguistics and Comparative Literature in 2009.
