Research interests

I am a master student at Leipzig University, studying early childhood research. I am interested in social cognition in early ontogeny, language acquisition, and comparative analysis across species to understand human evolutionary history.

I currently work with Dr. Lydia Luncz in the Technological Primates Research Group at the MPI EVA as a student research assistant. I participate in a project regarding tool use in non-human primates and manage the collection of primate tools (including tortoise carapace) at the research lab. I am also using 3D images to build a digital tool library that can be shared with the research group to investigate further percussive activities in primate species and their foraging behaviors.
