The highest concentration of these speakers is found in the village of San Francisco Chontla, where I spent several years documenting the language and culture. This project won a SOAS ELDP (School of Oriental and African Studies of the University of London Endangered Languages Documentation Program) grant and a Mexican Government scholarship. %K Documentation, Data collection, Community involvement, Mayan %B Strategies for knowledge elicitation: the experience of the Russian School of Field Linguistics %E Agranat, Tatiana B.; Dodykhudoeva, Leyli R. %P 223 - 237 %I Springer %C Cham %@ 978-3-030-79340-1 978-3-030-79341-8
