ChildLens

One of the main questions in developmental psychology has been how children’s developmental environment shapes their cognition. Quantifying children’s experiences has been a methodological challenge. In this project, we want to collect a large and shareable data set of recordings capturing naturalistic everyday events with the goal to build robust methods to automatically quantify the how, where and when of children’s experience.
We have made the latest version of the ChildLens dataset publicly available. You can access it through the following DOI: https://doi.org/10.17617/4.fe
