IT Help Desk

We provide remote IT support over your department's IT staff. 

If you are outside the institute, please perform the following steps:

  • first contact your department's IT staff (by phone or via email)
  • they'll provide you with a solution or, if necessary, with a session key for remote screen sharing
  • point your browser to helpme.eva.mpg.de and insert the provided session key
  • follow further instructions
