Interests

I'm primarily interested in understanding regional connectivity and local community structure through the combination of archaeological, anthropological, and archaeogenetic approaches. The focus of my PhD has lain on the human history of Southeast Asia from the Holocene to colonial times, but my Postdoc also includes projects studying post-Bronze Age Central Europe. I have experience working in the laboratory, as well as bioinformatic pipeline building, and am co-organiser of the department's Ethics Interest Group.
