1. We teach several B.Sc. and M.Sc. modules at the University of Leipzig:
Modul in Bachelor program of Biology and Biochemistry (in German) each Winter term:
"Modul 11-BIO-101: Quantitative Methoden in den Biowissenschaften"
(obligatory for 1st semester)
- Vorlesung (1 SWS): Einführung in die Quantitativen Methoden
- Seminar (2 SWS): Übung Einführung in die Quantitativen Methoden (Programmieren in R)
Modul in Bachelor program of Biology (in German) each Winter term:
"Modul 11-BIO-0631: Einführung in die Verhaltensökologie"
(recommended for the 5th semester)
- Vorlesung (2 SWS): Einführung in die Verhaltensökologie
- Seminar (2 SWS): Statistikseminar (Programmieren in R)
- Seminar (1 SWS): Literaturseminar
- Praktikum (4 SWS): Praktikum mit Präsentation eines Posters
Module in Master program of Neuro- and Behavioural Biology (in English) each Winter term:
"Module 11-BIO-0804: Primate Behavioral Ecology"
(recommended for the 1st semester)
- Lecture (2 SWS): Primate Behavioral Ecology
- Seminar (2 SWS): Bridge seminar (Literature seminar between University of Leipzig and the Max-Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology)
- Seminar (2 SWS): Statistics - programming in R
Practical Course (3 SWS): practical course, including the presentation of a poster
2. We participate to the Module of Master program of Biodiversity "Module 11-Bio-207: Biodiversity and Evolution of Vertebrates”.
3. We participate to the Module of the Bachelor program of Biology, Biochemistry and Biology Teaching training "Module 11-Bio-0640: Bio-ethik”.
4. We participate to the Module of the Bachelor program of Biology, Biochemistry and Biology Teaching training "Module 11-SQM 02: Aktuelle Fragen der Lebens-wissenschaften”.
5. We also offer the "Module 11-Bio-0515: Einführung in das wissenschaftliche Arbeiten" at the Bachelor level.
6. We teach classes as part of the IMPRS (The Leipzig School of Human Origins) dedicated to PhD students in this school.
7. Finally, we offer topics to do a Bachelor and/or Master thesis (check out potential topics)
