We have research projects in a number of areas of genome bioinformatics. Applications from candidates interested in pursuing a PhD or postdoctoral research in the group are welcome.

Successful candidates will have an interest in sequence and genome analyses, and experience in programming (PERL/PYTHON, C/C++, Haskell or Java) and in the use of a unix operating system.

Please apply in writing providing details of your training and experience, and including a list of publications.  You should outline your specific interests and detail how your experience fits with the group's research.
